What any concerned homeowner is really looking for is the exact description of the laws and what their responsibilities are in that regard. I realise that the laws if more the city of Vancouver's concern, but it's impossible to find any details on the City of Vancouver site at all. I would have appreciated your site more if you had a simple link to the actual law, or a simple description of the actual law. Your company seem alike a good one from the information provided but only a fool would hire a company to do this stuff when they aren't clear on what actually needs to be done.
